1. Terms of Agreement
By registering an account or shortening links on Trimzo, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. If you disagree with any specific routing limitations or anti-abuse filters outlined below, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (Zero Phishing Tolerance)
We operate an automated, strict ZERO-TOLERANCE anti-abuse, spam, and phishing shield. You are completely forbidden from routing links to:
- Websites spreading malicious software, viruses, Trojans, or spywares.
- Phishing routes mimicking banks, payment institutions, or corporate portals to extract login details.
- Unsolicited bulk email marketing campaigns (Spamming).
- Pornographic, illegal gambling, or weapons-selling portals.
*Any violation of these rules will trigger automated instant account termination, deletion of shortcodes, and mapping records without refunds.
3. Subscriptions & Limit Scope
All subscriptions (Free, Pro, and Business) are granted based on quota thresholds defined inside your membership profile page. Limits on custom domain additions, API request volumes, and click analytical processing quotas are governed strictly according to the active plan.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our redirection engine works on high-availability architecture. However, Trimzo shall not be liable for any temporary server downtime, DNS propagation delays from third-party registrars, or marketing traffic losses resulting from suspension of abused or flagged links.
